This week Miss Lovegrove has been working on a Measurement Unit with the kids. Today they had to buddy up and measure each other using non standard units. (dominoes, hands, multi link blocks, beads). Then they had to cut a string to their measure and order themselves from tallest to shortest. What fun they had and there was some great "measurement language" being used. Next week Miss Lovegrove will continue the unit with some volume.
