Rice Day

Today we had rice day.  We talked about what it might be like to feel hungry and what it might be like to be a child in a Country that is poor.  We discussed volunteers like Caritas and the job they do in making sure these kids have at least something in their tummy each day.  The children used the vocabulary very well and I am sure would love to explain the purpose of our rice day to you.
