Puppet Show

Today the kids were treated to a puppet show all about road safety.  This week is road safety week and with most of our kids being transported to school in cars these days, it is really important we teach them how to manage the roads and what the dangers are.  Some of the children were chosen to be photographers.  As you can imagine, I now have 1500 photos of the puppet show.  Here are but a few.....

The children had a ball.  Maybe you could ask them at home what they learned about safety on our roads.

Awesome Achievers in Room 13

Congratulations to Mia Taylor who was chosen for the highly sought after Principals Award this week.  Mia is a super member of our Room 13 Family who always uses impeccable manners, displays kindness to all members of our class and has always got a positive thing to say about everyone. Talk about walking in the footsteps of Jesus and Mary MacKillop.  Well done Mia.
We also had 5 super kids this week.  Olly, Savannah, Elvincent Francis and Samantha.
