The Gala!

Hi everyone.  As you know the Gala is fast approaching and as an incentive to bring all your old, unwanted gear along, the school is running a competition to see which class donates the most.  Last year Room 13 won this competition and had a free pizza lunch.  We would love to win it again so please check you Gala countdown list - it came home with notices last week- and support Room 13's competitive spirit.  We can do it!

Move it

We will be taking part in the Move it programme from Sport Bay of Plenty all week this week and again on Monday next week.  Could the girls bring shorts and a t shirt please so they don't have to try to manouvre their bodies in their big dresses.  The programme focuses on fundamental skills through games.  We have had some fun and even written stories about our experience,  called Recounts.  Here we are moving it!

Gummy Bears

We have a fun exercise in Room 13.  The kids really get into it and I have seen some pretty good dance moves.  Here we are....
